Instructions

It is important that you fill in all fields in the return form.

The return number is valid for 14 days and the return must reach us within this period.

We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and checked.

For returns, ALL products MUST be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories.

Always send the product in outer packaging to avoid damaging the original packaging.

Pack the goods well to avoid damage.

Include a copy of the return confirmation in the return package and send it to us.

Note! Returns sent without an approved return or complaint number will not be accepted.
