  • In case of any errors, such as regarding price or delivery time, we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

  • The agreements are archived with Wallrite AB and are available through Wallrite AB's customer service.

2. Price

  • The stated prices are subject to an additional 25% VAT.
  • Once an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed under circumstances beyond Wallrite AB's control,
  • such as significantly changed raw material prices, currency fluctuations, or changed VAT rates.

3. Delivery

Delivery time

The normal delivery time is 2-4 business weeks after we have received your order.

In cases where an item needs to be ordered from the supplier, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

  • Information about the delivery time is provided on the sent order acknowledgment.
  • Current stock levels are available under the "Stock Status" button on our website.
  • Notification of any deviations from the normal delivery time or the information on the website will be given along with the order confirmation.

Delivery Delay

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you via email.  We will do everything in our power to complete your order.  There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, such as when our supplier is unable to fulfill their commitment to us.  We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Business Package / Business Address

When you, as a business, place an order with the delivery method "Business Package," the delivery will only be made to your business delivery address on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00. The postal service will deliver without contacting you first. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a notice will be left, and you can then pick up the order at the Post Center or the Post Office. Note! As a private individual, you can only choose "Business Package" if you have a P.O. Box address.

Packaging

When ordering full rolls, the material is delivered in the original box. If the delivery includes multiple rolls, they are consolidated on a Euro pallet. Smaller quantities are packed rolled up in a paper roll. Accessories are consolidated where possible or alternatively in separate accessory bags. In some cases, a small fee for the packaging may be charged.

Drop Shipment

For larger orders, the goods are delivered directly from the factory to the recipient, known as a drop shipment. The recipient is informed well in advance of the delivery about all the details related to the shipment.

Transportation Risk

Wallrite assumes the transportation risk, meaning the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. In the event of a return, the customer assumes the risk. However, it is the recipient's responsibility to report damaged goods immediately, but no later than 5 business days from the delivery date. Damages should be carefully documented with a written description and photographs.

Returns

Returns are only possible for complete, unopened packages. In the event of a return, a return fee of 20% of the item's value will be charged. Any shipping costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

Split Order

If any of the items you ordered have a significantly longer delivery time than the other items, we may be forced to split your order in certain cases.

Unclaimed Orders

In the event that the customer does not claim a postal delivery and the item is returned, a return fee will be charged as mentioned above.

How to Make a Return

Return Form

Fill in the return form. It is attached to the outside of the package in a plastic sleeve, or inside the package. By doing this, we can provide you with better and faster service.

Weight

If your return weighs less than 20 kg, you can post it via the transport company's service point. For returns over 20 kg, please contact our customer service to receive a return shipping label. Some service points cannot handle packages weighing over 20 kg. We will adjust the payment for the return shipping when we process your refund.

Your Responsibility

Please note that you are responsible for ensuring the product is well protected during transport back to us. Therefore, you should package the item well. The item must always be returned in its original product packaging with the specially made inner packaging designed to protect the product.

Save the Packaging for 14 Days

Please remember to save all packaging for the 14 days during which the Right of Withdrawal & Open Purchase applies. Place the box in the transport packaging in which the product was delivered to you. If you no longer have this packaging, equivalent packaging will suffice. Always send the return as insured goods, i.e., as registered mail. Save the receipt!
